CSS (GB) was established to provide Security and First Aid Related Training and Operations by a Former member of HM Forces (ARMY) and a Metropolitan Police Officer, who between them have a wealth of knowledge and experience in these fields. All instructors hold a minimum of level 3 PTLLS.
Mr Lee Stead (Director) A highly experienced trainer with an extensive operational background, Lee has spent the last 10 years in the British Forces both at home and abroad, his experience, attention to detail and the ability to work to and meet targets, ensuring an excellent service. His duties have included:
Chauffeur and Close Protection Officer (Private Engagements) for a member of the Royal Household including driving and task planning duties. This included all liaisons with local services and dignitaries.
Personal Protection Officer to various Senior Military Officers,
Liaison between Royal Military Police and German Civil Police Force at all levels.
PACE/Welfare adviser for unit Custodial Services,
Regular placement’s with VVIP and Corporate Principles at Home and Abroad.
First Aid Instructor Mr Dave Rawson (Head of Operations)
Dave is a respected member of the Security Services and has spent the last 25 years working with various security organizations at all levels. His personal experience will ensure the height of integrity in our work with you.
Dave joined the Police in 1984 and since that time has carried a variety of Operational and Training roles, Covert Rural Observation Post Trained.
Firearms Instructor, Specialist Firearms Officer Course, Missing Person Management,
Protection duties performed with many members of British and European Royal Families including acting as personal protection officer for various heads of state.
Nichola Watters (Office Manager)
Nichola has worked in a variety of office environments, we were very pleased when she agreed to come and work for us, she will be the first point of contact in most cases.
