 The O4RB Network - Supporting Young Talent in Cambridgeshire


Founder of the O4RB Business network has been involved with the Young Enterprise scheme for a number of years, acting as mentor to secondary school students starting up their own businesses. Also involved heavily in the scheme is Graham Buck, member of the network and Young Enterprise Board Member in Huntingdonshire. Many of the members of the O4RB Network are involved in the scheme assisting students in learning the basics of business, O4RB have chosen to support this charity as it recognises the importance of an entrepreneurial heritage within the region and is looking to aid in continuing the reputation of Cambridgeshire as an innovative business centre.

By supporting the Charity O4RB Hopes to get more regional businesses involved with Young Enterprise. Currently the Young Enterprise scheme reaches 350,000 children in secondary schools with the support of 3,000 UK Businesses. It is estimated that alumni of the scheme are twice as likely to start their own business and amongst the business owning alumni, Young Enterprise was ranked as the most significant experience contributing to their entrepreneurial flair.

The O4RB Network - Supporting Regional Charities


The O4RB Network has chosen to support Huntingdon, Cambridge and Peterborough Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre. 10% of all membership proceeds will be donated to the charity which at present costs £100,000 a year to run and has no government or NHS Funding.

The centre is located in Huntingdon and has been at the present purpose built site since 2002. It is an independent charity entirely dependant on donations and fundraising. The centre has around 170 members that rely on it for low cost complementary therapies, who come from both Cambridgeshire and the surrounding counties. 

The centre also has facilities available to local businesses and is fully kitted out with a projector, screen, conference table and refreshments making it the ideal location for small businesses to hire at a low cost.
