GOOD NEWS for O4RB members, read on.

First a question, does training staff in personal development skills really work?

The honest answer and hopefully quite a refreshing one to hear is that "IT DEPENDS".

Firstly we are dealing with PEOPLE, and they seem to have a MIND OF THEIR OWN at times.

It's also crucial for all parties involved to really understand what the desired outcome is. Getting the objectives absolutely clear is the real key to effective training. If training is done well and correctly, the end result is a behaviour or HABIT CHANGE that is in line with organisational objectives.

Training for trainings sake, generally does not return on investment. For sure it can be motivational and send all sorts of positive messages to staff in terms of Investors In People or job security, however unless it makes a discernable positive difference to profit or efficiency, the investment is questionable.

That's why we put effort into pre-training consultancy and, just as importantly, after delivery follow up services. If we know what the real objective is, we can apply our tried and tested, measurable systems that actually drive the objectives of each individual in their own "language".

THE GOOD NEWS is that a free, no obligation, consultation is yours, so it won't cost you a penny to find out if there is a case for profit improving training for you or your organisation. If we are not certain that we can add value, we tell you. If we don't think that either party is ready to attempt a "habits adjustment" we tell you. The last thing we want is anything less than a delighted customer, that would break our cycle of success.

PEOPLE do have a MIND OF THEIR OWN, all we do is help them to make the most of it.

Why is PAIYBAC spelled in such a funny way? why don't you book a free consultation and we will tell you when we meet.

Best regards
